What I Loved Most about the 1^st Innompic Games

"Innompics Games was an immense opportunity to experience and learn the practical aspects of Entrepreneurship. Additionally, it was a great insight on how to strategize and test a business plan with the help of INNOBALL simulation.

Participating along with teams from Russia, Malaysia, India and the global jury was a good experience to know their working and presentation styles. The dinner plans at the end of the day were just the perfect icing on the top to interact with jury, organizers, participants and a lovely way to digest the day learnings.

What I Learned during the 1^st Innompic Games

Diversity in a team can be beneficial in terms of complimentary skills but it is also equally necessary to avoid conflicts my acting around a system to make sure everyone's ideas are heard.

Informal gatherings are an excellent way to interact and socialize with judges, fellow participants and learn something beyond just the business.

It is you who have to take your stand, to learn, to present, to initiate and create a difference.
