The Person of Value I Would Like To Be

Looking forward in having a good leadership and networking skill have been my passion to always become the person of value I would like to be. To make it brief and let it to stay as a complete understanding, I would say the person of value I would like to be is “Never try to be the best but strive to be the only one.” In this context, having your very own style, your own unique way and letting people to recognize you with your one special gesture that whenever they see it, they knew that is the one that comes from you.

The Change Leader I Would Like To Be

As a change leader I would like to be, I would like to be a leader that
practices a good communication skill and understanding towards others. Practice patience, tolerance and never get tired of teaching and guiding people that ask for knowledge from you. To be a leader is to become a teacher because not all leaders can teach but all teacher can become a good leader. Society might say that practice makes perfect but the truth is, practice alone is never enough but implementing and maintaining is the key element for the success that we are looking forward to have in future.

To conclude, always have the courage to expand and to try something new according to what we are capable of by taking smaller steps at first and making sure it will reach to another level without only remaining in the same place from where it started. The products must always be different from what is expected but still produced as how it was targeted.
