Entrepreneur

My dream job is to become an entrepreneur. I want to establish a youth-related organization. Whereas in Nepal, we have 6 days classes and full-time jobs. Those students who are struggling for money have to choose between their studies and work. Either the students take a break from their study, go for the subject which is out of interest where they can manage their time or they travel abroad for their further education.

As the generation from late X, Z and Alpha love to be self-dependent. These generations hate to ask for money even from their parents. As the children believe their parents don’t understand them. They stop their children from the thing’s which children are interested in like playing sports, dancing, and music. Most of the parents won't love to spend money on tournaments, competitions, or taking classes. They are afraid for their children for not having a good future, getting respect from the society, or won’t earn much. Due to which the students have to save money or work, to fulfill their dream. These children go out to find any kind of job and accordingly try to manage the study.

Youths are the leader of the tomorrow. Nepal has very few opportunities for students who love to work part-time. So, my organization will target the youth. Where students or youths will be provided with opportunities where they can learn skills, earn money and accordingly manage time for their study and full fill those dreams which were left behind due to lack of money.
