"Ever since childhood I have been really fascinated with flower colors, shapes and its growth”. Growing up, I realized people are like plants as the vital needs of a plant are very much like our own − light, water, air, nutrients, and a proper temperature. I really enjoyed being with the people having different personality like flowers with different personality traits.

I belief a growth mindset person can develop different skills and abilities through practice and perseverance.

My career interests and goals are closely associated with the area of management. From this perspective, a dream job should include the elements of both the areas in order to provide me with the opportunity to develop my skills and abilities. A position of a human resource manager at university is discussed as the most appropriate variant to respond to my interests and career expectations. And it did not take me long to decide on my career path when the time came. Therefore, I have found my interest that I enjoy Human Resource Management.

I always want my dream job to be an opportunity that will allow me to reach out to the people through my work. I would want to make a mark in the industry for the work I have done. One of the things I love about HR is that it’s constantly growing and changing. So, I would love to work in a job setting where everyone works together well and holds themselves accountable. I enjoy guiding other team members on projects and making sure everything goes smoothly.
